Process at LVSSI
Transcription process at LVSSI makes sure that each
and every dictation taken up for transcription
by the company is meticulously transcribed by
trained MTs, proof-read by experienced editors,
and finally checked by quality assurance
personnel for its correctness, before it is
returned to the customer. This process ensures
that the company delivers the best possible
accurate transcribed reports back to the
customer on a consistent basis. There is an
in-house doctor to help the transcriptionists.
LVSSI understands that inferior quality
documents and non-conformance to turn-around
time wastes the customer's valuable time in
addition to being a big element of annoyance to

T.R.S.Iyer, a qualified Chartered Accountant
from Canada Ms. Lakshmi,
a Software Professional from India, with
over 10 years
of experience in the computer industry
and in Medical Transcription.

team of qualified Medical Transcriptionist and
proofers with international exposure support the
production operation. Thus, the availability of
the ideal combination of both management and
medical expertise rightly positions the company

customers.The production team consists of
Medical Transcriptionists - 45, and quality
assurance personnel of 3 levels. LVSSI taps the
potential of Doctors & brilliant graduates in Science only. The average
experience of our MT's is 3 years.

transcriptionists have to undergo a tough
selection process and the recruited trainees
have to undergo extensive training before they
are considered fit for regular transcription
work. Transcriptionists are trained to follow
rigorous quality process and concentrate on
quality and turn around time.

unique Continuing Education Programs designed by
a group of Medical College Professors and
experienced editors ensure that the

Training Division
There
is a separated division for MT training which is
headed by Medical Experts for the past seven
years. We train around 850 students annually.

students are graduated from about 20,000
students coming out of the university located in
